    Did my order ship? When can I expect it?

    Your order will always be shipped within 48 hours of ordering. Orders that are placed during the weekend will ship out on Monday. Arrival times are based on time of departure. To confirm, you’ll receive an email with a link for tracking when your order ships. If you don’t receive your order in the time specified, email support@mulecarry.com and we’ll help you out.

    Does my order have tracking?

    Yes. You’ll receive an email with a link to track your order as soon as your order ships.

  • Warranty / Returns

    What’s your warranty policy?

    If one of our products becomes structurally unsound (torn stitching or material, broken pocket or zipper) within three years of normal use, we’re happy to replace the item. You must be able to give us proof of purchase and damage. 

    What’s your return policy?

    We accept all returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase with no questions asked. We need proof of purchase and the wallet must be in like-new condition. We will cover all domestic shipping charges for returns, refunds, exchanges and warranty returns. For questions regarding international shipping, please contact our customer service below.

    Do you have any promo codes or sales going on?

    We’ll sometimes have promo codes and sales throughout the year. The best way to find out is to visit our website (hey, you’re already here!) and sign up for our mailing list.

    What if something I order goes on sale?

    If it’s within 7 days of your purchase, let us know and we’ll adjust the price. The original place of purchase must be the Mule website in order to receive credit. Adjustments will be made in the original form of payment. Purchases made through anywhere other than the Mule website are excluded from price adjustments.

    We’ve been sourcing and refining our material choices for over 20 years. With feedback from all types of customers, we'e been able to find fabrics and leather choices that are able to please the majority of carriers. With any change we make to our line or materials, we’ll always maintain our guarantee of durable, lightweight, and thin wallets.

  • RFID

    What’s RFID?

    RFID stands for radio frequency identification. RFID chips are typically put into credit cards, passports, enhanced driver’s licenses and global cards to hold personal information like your name, credit card number, passport numbers, address, and date of birth. RFID chips make payment faster, and help to identify you more efficiently. For example, by transmitting information quicker, international borders can get people through more quickly. The trouble is, while this technology can be used to make things better, it can be used negatively too. A common example is identity or credit card fraud. Hackers can use individual scanners that they own, out in public, to steal information straight from your pocket without you even knowing.

    How does RFID protection work?

    Mule RFID wallets provide the same RFID blocking security used by the US Military. Within the layers of your wallet lies a multi-metalized liner that blocks RFID signals up to 3000MHz. This tightly weaved nickel and copper liner offers total security against RFID signals even in close quarters. This is great for you, as it means you can use your RFID chipped cards when you want to, without the fear of having your data stolen without you knowing. It’s also corrosion and wear resistant, so you can expect many years of secure protection with an Mule RFID wallet.

  • Product Care

    Cleaning your Mule

    Washing your nylon Mule wallet with a clean wet towel will help to keep your wallet looking like new. Gently rub or dab the towel on the outer and inner surface of the wallet. We recommend using a small dab of mild detergent mixed with warm water to relieve any stains from the material. Leather Mule wallets should not be treated with water.

    Replenishing Water Repellency

    A durable water-repellant finish is applied to most water resistant products during construction. This keeps the fabric from becoming saturated when in contact with liquid. This coating needs to be replenished occasionally when water is no longer beading up. Grangers brand has always been our favorite, however there are many good options on the market. Be sure to use only a light coating of a spray on a waterproofed product.
